Voucher Holders with an expiry date between 1st April – 30th September 2020
Due to the impact of this global pandemic, destination venues and our Experience suppliers are clearly being severely restricted. Our customers' safety and well-being is our priority and therefore we are taking proactive measures to ensure this. Please be assured that we are adhering to all Government edicts whilst working hard with the destination venues and experience suppliers to help move past issues as quickly and as safely as possible. For your peace of mind, we would like you to know that vouchers can be extended to use at a later date. To simplify this, we are offering free extensions for all vouchers that are affected by Covid-19 imposed limitations, with an expiry date between 1st April to 30th September 2020.
If you hold a valid, in-date voucher, please login to the Voucher Portal with the details provided to you on your original e-voucher to apply your extension. You can also make date/redemption enquiries online too.

Customers with a firm booking and already in contact with the destination venue or experience supplier
We kindly advise you to get in touch with the supplier directly to arrange an alternative date for your booked experience. We have obtained extensions from most of our suppliers.
